To identify and headhunt an Internationally experienced and market leading Chief Technology Officer who has delivered major transformation projects globally

Due to our client’s exponential growth plans across their digital platforms, we were asked to undertake a full global market map and provide a shortlist of Chief Technology Officers with proven experience overseeing global application and digital transformation programs.

The Process

BCI Executive Search were able to leverage from an international network built up over 20 years to engage with numerous high performing Chief Technology Officers across 4 continents.

Through our ability to leverage from long standing clients and previous successful appointments made in various regions, we were able to quickly map and ascertain who the markets leaders were in each respective market for our client.

 

The Result

BCI Executive Search were successful in producing a short-list of five prospective candidates and after several rounds of interviews, the preferred BCI nominated candidate for the position was offered and accepted the position relocating to the region from Australia.

After successfully negotiating a 3-month reduction in his 6-month notice period, the offered candidate moved to the region with his family and started with the company on the proposed start date. BCI Executive Search were instrumental is assisting the candidate and his family to relocate to the region along with helping with the attestation of documents, schooling, accommodation etc. To date, the candidate has settled in well and the proposed master planned communities are progressing well.
